These terms govern your use of the Spatibase website and platform provided by [Company legal name] ("Spatibase", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
2. The service
Spatibase is a hosted headless CMS for geospatial content, including a map-based editor, a Delivery API, vector tiles and interfaces for AI agents. We may improve or change the service over time.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials and API tokens secret, and for the activity of users and AI agents you authorize. You must provide accurate registration information.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you add ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and deliver it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to your content and for how published content is used by your applications.
5. AI features and agents
AI features and agents may produce inaccurate output. Changes proposed by agents are saved as drafts, and you are responsible for reviewing what you publish. [Add any limits on automated usage.]
6. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing or harmful content, and no malware or attempts to breach security.
- No overloading, scraping or reselling the service outside your plan and the documented limits.
- No use that violates third-party terms, including the terms of map data sources you import.
